UNITS is a quarterly contract support service that is ideal for clients wishing to have the benefits of a professional IT support service without having to tie themselves up to longer contracts. This option is used by a large number of our smaller clients.

For a fixed quarterly service charge of S$1,200 per 30 UNITS, RiverIT provides all types of support including on-site, remote and phone/e-mail. For example, a company could purchase a block of 30 UNITS for their 10 users, allowing them to have a high level of support and fix their monthly budget at S$40 per person, per month.
